Learning how to ‘walk with God’ by discovering Christ through the lens of the Old Testament

… God seems so hidden to our eyes today.

As our lives have been so affected by Covid-19, this study will seek to show that although God currently chooses to hide Himself from natural sight He is no less at work and willing to show His loving kindness and mercy now, as He was to the people who lived in Old Testament times, hundreds of years ago.  For learning to know God is learning to see life in all its fulness – opening the eyes of our souls to the things of God.  This study will seek to show that the same Holy Spirit who moved those men of old to write the Old Testament and exhausted the resources of language to express their love and adoration of God is close at hand today; to make the words life to our souls by taking the things of Christ and revealing them to us now.  So we hope you will be able to join us to “have our hearts burn within us” (Luke 24:32) as we each discover more about Jesus through the lens of the Old Testament.
