From Good Friday April 2nd onwards
Even though we usually celebrate Easter inside our building, many of the things associated with the first Easter did in fact take place outside.
“Easter in the Church Garden” is an interactive experience which takes you from Gethsemane through the courtyard of the High Priest’s house to Golgotha, and then to the empty tomb. The journey ends on the road to Emmaus.
Pick up your experience pack (It’s FREE) from the box outside the south door of the church together with a copy of “Jesus: the facts” – a modern language version of St. Luke’s Gospel (that’s FREE as well). For those who enjoy technology, QR codes give links to St, Luke’s account of the events of Good Friday and Easter Day.
Come along to discover Easter from a new perspective!
