Proposed new benefice

The new Benefice will come into effect on Monday, December 1st.

The Diocese of Blackburn are proposing new arrangements for the Benefice of Clitheroe, Chatburn and Downham which it is hoped will be simpler and easier for all four churches, their parishes, clergy and congregations.
