Royal Visit 2026
On Monday February 16th the King came to Clitheroe but Gloria, the corgi puppy, stole the show. As King Charles crossed the road from the station Gloria greeted him with a friendly nose, much to the delight of the crowd who had waited up to two hours for the royal visitor. Thanks to social media Gloria is now famous. You may also recognise the Vicar, Churchwarden Howard Riley, and Christine and David Baker with their pet bichon frise, Toffee. It was a good morning for all whether on two legs or four!
